Health Law

    

Malcolm Smith is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Queensland University of Technology (QUT). He is a member of QUT's Australian Centre for Health Law, where he is also Program Lead in Children¹s Health and Beginning of Life. His research focuses on the legal, regulatory and ethical issues associated with assisted reproductive technologies (ARTs) and the legal and ethical issues associated with consent to medical treatment concerning children. Malcolm also teaches health law at QUT
