CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Dear Colleague,
The Children’s Bioethics Centre at The Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne is calling for papers for its fourth annual Paediatric Bioethics Conference.
Conference Themes:
• The costs and benefits of making progress in paediatric health care – human and financial, to patients, families, staff and the system
• Who makes the call – who decides? (end of life decision making)
• Futility of treatment and “over-treatment”.
We invite abstracts for oral and/or poster presentations on any of the listed themes. Papers on other ethical issues in paediatric health care maybe considered if time allows.
Abstracts should be approximately 250 words, list all authors and their affiliations, and indicate the presenting author in bold.
